HOOAH uses 100% of the proceeds towards helping wounded veterans. It is with your help that they are able to give back to those who gave us everything. Their mission is to provide outdoor activities and other social events to wounded veterans, which enables them to rehabilitate both mentally and physically. HOOAH Deer Hunt for Heroes is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization for wounded soldiers to provide support for the soldiers and their families through charitable donations – both monetary & physical goods. HOOAH Deer Hunt For Heroes partners with Fort Campbell HOOAH program to recruit future participants in their activities and retreats. Their guiding principles focus on their programs benevolent, educational, charitable, and patriotic efforts.

Their coveted hunting and fishing trips provide the perfect environment for healing. Their activities are supervised and carefully coordinated to best suit the needs of the soldiers, along with the many corporate and private sponsors. HOOAH's goal is to create awareness among the civilian sector of the sacrifices made by our American soldiers. With the joint efforts of the community and HOOAH Deer Hunt for Heroes, we, as one collective, can provide the necessary healing for our wounded soldiers in a non-traditional setting, outside of a clinical environment.
