Gutter Crew Member

Monday – Friday with Occasional Saturdays Mandatory

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance and repairs when needed
• Fill gaps with caulk when necessary
• Use power tools to install gutters
• Keep homeowners informed about job progress and maintenance

Requirements and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Illinois state driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• Must be eligible to work in the US
• 1-2 years related experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate
• Ability to work in various weather conditions
• Skills with power and hand tools
• A keen eye for detail
• Solid customer service skills
• Reliable and self-motivated
• Comfortable working on ladders and roofs
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Steel toe boots
