Gutter Foreman

Monday – Friday with Occasional Saturdays Mandatory

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Scheduling gutter jobs with homeowners
• Ordering material necessary to complete work orders
• Creating work orders for gutter crew members
• Coordinating tasks for the day
• Overseeing quality of the job site
• Maintaining the budget set for each job
• Fill in to complete necessary work orders where crew members are absent
• Final Inspection and completion walk through with homeowners

Requirements and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Illinois state driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• Must be eligible to work in the US
• 2–4-year related experience preferred
• Experience bending metal
• Experience running a gutter machine
• Ability to work in various weather conditions
• Skills with power/ hand tools
• A keen eye for detail
• Solid customer service skills
• Reliable and self-motivated
• Comfortable working on ladders and roofs
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Steel toe boots
